PDH / P.E. Course Introduction
TRAIN-ENG recognizes that Professional Engineers need to complete continuing education credits in order to maintain their licenses. TRAIN-ENG seeks to provide courses that not only help the P.E. fulfill requirements but also give one additional knowledge and skills to enhance one’s career. The P.E. license is the toolbox that contains the tools of the trade for the given engineer. TRAIN-ENG helps fill that toolbox with courses that can enhance the knowledge base that the engineer applies to his job. These courses are self-study on-line videos with supporting study aids that allow professional engineers to complete their PDH required hours at their own pace and on their own time without having to schedule offsite training during normal business hours. These courses are economical in light of avoiding the cost of travel and missed hours from work especially for the discerning consultant. TRAIN-ENG has broken the courses down into manageable modules to make it easier for the student to cover the material in smaller time periods that fit one’s personal schedule. We have attempted to keep each module video between twenty (20) minutes and sixty (60) minutes. This allows the student to complete each module in its entirety so that the student can come back and start a new module video rather than trying to find where one left off in the video that was being watched previously.
