Intro to Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)

Introduction to Submerged Arc Welding.

This online course is designed to give mechanical, civil, chemical and electrical engineers a solid introduction into Submerged Arc Welding (SAW). This is NOT underwater welding; here the welding arc is submerged underneath the flux burden. The purpose of this course is to give deeper insight into SAW that will make it easier to participate in welding related activities and to communicate with welding craft and supervision in regards to welding related technical issues and topics.
